  30. Yes PShop 3.0 is available for windows(don't know how well it runs under
  31. NT)....Another which I absolutely love is Fractal Design Painter
  32. 3.0(also don't know well it runs under NT)....Painter is a REALLY nice
  33. program in my opinion....it emulatees real world stuff and does so very
  34. well(airbrushes, charcoal, pen and ink, pencils,...etc).....Email if you
  35. have any questions about painter or want to hear more about it....As for
  36. PhotoShop I am sure you know enough about it so there is no need to
  37. expound on it......
